[SOLD] SOLD Bellepheron 3.5" Focusser, Robofocus kit and adapters

For those of you who have gone after a Clement focusser will know how difficult it is to get one and how long you have to wait.

I bought this when I was in the US and used it once with my FSQ/16803 camera.
For those of you who cannot afford an Atlas, this is a fantastic alternative, and absolutely rock solid and is in perfect condition. It works in a completely different way to traditional focussers.

I have to sell it because together with my camera package and my new scope, I run out of backfocus, so I have to buy an Atlas.

It is the 3.5" Bellepheron, so tons of clear aperture. I used it with an FSQ106N and 16803 camera and got pin point stars to the edge of the FOV (not to mention that a few of those images were APODs!

Adapters: I have 3 to include in the package.

On the telescope side, I have two adapters for the FSQ106N. One is used to screw straight to the drawtube i.e you remove the CAA which is the source of flexure and frees up 37mm of backfocus.

The other screws to the CAA if you want to keep the rotation.

On the camera side is a custom adapter (20mm thick) that goes from the Clement to the Astrodon MMOAG.

My very successful optical train was FSQ Drawtube adapter, Clement, MMOAG adapter, MMOAG, FLI CFW, FLI Proline. I have a picture of this if anyone would like to see it.

of course, you can get any adapter you may need.

Finally the package includes the full Robofocus kit to allow you to attach the Robofocus motor to the Clement.

The Bellepheron takes up 39mm backfocus fully closed. It is extremely smooth and created the best Focusmax V-Curves I have ever seen.

The Clement was $1200 new, and two of the adapters cost $115, but the custom adapter cost $330.

Dont forget - you will need a Robofocus with this.
