Playing with timelapse in the observatory..

I had some extra freedom this week with my wife being away for work, so spent several nights out in the obs. Captured a few timelapse along the way.

I'm a gadget person, and love the technology of astronomy as much as the astronomy its self, so a time lapse focusing on the telescope as well as the stars appeals

Interesting time lapse. I have been toying with something like that too. Like you I really like the gadgets. I love watching my scope and PME doing their thing over the course of a night.

One question though? Are you gonna do some cable management?

Yeah, one day I will bother taking the OTA off again to duct the cables through the versa just doesn't rate in the priorities compared to actually using it
