Post Martian meteorite discovered 2011 reveals clues of planet's past

A meteorite discovered in the Sahara Desert in Morocco in 2011 is delivering
a wealth of information about conditions on Mars 2.1 billion years ago.

Designated NWA 7034, the meteorite is one of the oldest discovered to have come
from Mars and has the highest water molecule content of any Martian meteorite found
to date.
