First light through my SW BD ED80

To say I'm happy with it so far would be a gross understatement, shame I can't say the same for the clouds!

This is just a single image taken on my 5DmkII.

great start. I have had my eye on one of those for a little while. So close to pulling the pin on one.

Hi Hugh,
Yep not bad, the ED80 is a popular scope, bought one earlier this year and so far very happy with it. But like you it's those clouds that are the biggest problem.
Look forward to seeing more.

Grant - It was ISO400 and 1/80th of a second exposure.
