Blue Moon setting over Spencer Gulf S.A.

Hi. Just thought i would share some images of the August's Blue Moon setting over the Spencer Gulf S.A. taken at Port Victoria. This is the first real effort i have made to get some foreground in my photos.
It was a good learning curve and good fun. getting up at 5.30 and doing the solo trip down to the beach. Conditions were good.

Great shots - the touchdown is my favourite too. I believe that due to atmospheric refraction, the touchdown moment is usually the true moonset. That is, when you see the touchdown the moon has already set below the horizon.
