Guidescope?

Hi. Have a Meade ED80 which is great for widefield and have begun using it for a guidescope (for my GSO RC8). Seems a waste to me. Looking for suggestions for a guidescope somewhere between that and an 8x50 finder!?

Cheers

The ST80 may be a reasonable compromise, much smaller, much lighter and can later be used as an effective guide scope with a QHY5 (or similar)

Thanks, yes the ST80 seems to be a well known performer. Using a SSAG at present, trying to get the knack of drift aligning with it too using PHD on my MacBook - however the sky is not playing ball ;-(

Cheers
