Aurora Alerts via txt message- recomendations?

Hi all,
Planning a somewhat quick trip to southern Tasmania in August and I wouldn't mind signing up to some sort of aurora alert service for when I am there. Wondering if anyone can recommend any text message alert services. I don't have an iPhone so it can't be an app.
