The Southern Cross
This is a stacked image of 74 photos taken with a Canon EOS 7D, 100mm, f/2, 5 sec exposures on fixed tripod, at ISO6400.
Shot through thin cloud in Mooball, April 2009.

Amaizing colours brought out Tom, and depth is great , the cross actually look as though its hanging just outside our atmosphere eh : ) Good one . .

Thankyou for the kind comments everyone. I don't think I would ever be able to replicate the glow and colours artificially. Here is a 100% crop from the full image. 5 secs at 100mm seems just about right
