A remarkable rectangular-looking galaxy

Is this "new" galaxy visible with an amateur telescope?
LEDA 074886: A REMARKABLE RECTANGULAR-LOOKING GALAXY
It is 8.4' SE of NGC 1407 in pa 118 deg.
See the attached wikisky.org image of NGC 1407 (centre) and NGC 1400.
PGC 74886 is in the centre of the second image.
Guide 8 gives the mag of 74886 as 11.9
LEDA 074886 ( RA = 03h 40m 43.2s, dec = -18d 38m 43s: J2000)
