Helicopter crash live on web TV

In New Zealand, a helicopter lifting a part of the structure for a Christmas Tree sort of come un-stuck.

Looked like a scary one!

He did not appear to hit anything. Gearbox or driveshaft failure to the tail rotor?

EDIT: Scratch that, found some footage from a different angle and you can just see that one of the guy wires for the structure was still loose and whips up into the main rotor. Looks like it was actually the lifting cable that was used to take up the tower section, it was still attached to the helicopter. Crazy idea as from the footage if it was still attached to the helicopter it was almost bound to get tangled up!
