Webcam for Remote Observatory Use

Hi all
I am looking for some pointers for a webcam to use inside a remote observatory.

The webcam cannot be a PoE variant, but must have ethernet capability rather than USB.

I will not be able to use a light in the observatory either, so low lux is a must.
Finally, PTZ would be good also.

Any thoughts?

thanks
Martin

When answering one of my questions, DavidTrap (David) recently posted a link to CN that in turn linked to THIS (look on page 15)
It's a hardware device that takes multiple video camera signals and puts it on the net without the need for a PC.

The cheap web cameras have IR LEDs which might not be a good idea. Cameras like the WAT902H are very sensitive and don't need lighting. They give a nice image of the sky too.

generally infrared LEDs are only a problem when the telescope receives either a reflection of the infrared signal or a direct signal from the infrared LEDs. If that problem exists then you need to look at whether the observatory has any reflection issues.

By the way one of the links didn't work.
