Which DSO/Galaxy next?

Just wondering which DSO(s)/ Galaxy(ies) would be the best "next in line" for a beginner to capture after the usual Orion Neb (M42) and Eta Carinae Neb?
Kind of a ..... 'your best next five challenges for an astro-photographer beginner' Poll.
This question was spurred on by David's ( H0ughy) pic of the Rosette neb

You could always try the Tarantula, it's an awesome nebula to image as you get some details from the LMC in there making it all the more cool. Pleiades is also good at the moment and next on my list I'm keen to hear people's top 5 too.

Thanks Casey,
I had that one in mind, but thought it might be difficult!
I'll have to have a go
Cheers
