Beautiful. I like this one a lot more than the earlier shot. As it's darker the colors are more saturated and the starfield adds depth to the whole scene. Good stuff.

Thanks for the feedback guys....

It turned out better than I expected as despite the warm conditions the 5D's noise control was quite good.... the image was shot at 6400 ISO yet the noise is well controlled.
