M101 Pinwheel

I rarely use my Meade 12" for deep sky imaging but due to the absence of narrowband targets above me at the moment thought I would give a galaxy a bash, so here’s M101 from London! An Optec NextGen reducer was used with the SXVF-H9C. As always, insufficient data before the moon appeared:

Very nice Malcolm, some very nice detail in this pretty galaxy. Colour etc is great.
