Motor will not stop

Hello I need real help When I start up my lx90 12inch lnt sct the RA motor starts and it will not stop until I unplug it. Last week and now the DEC motors will not go . I have unplugged the hand set and the other couple of plugs and just left the 12volt power on and the RA motor still starts up and the DEC motor will not work I presume as I cant us the hand control because it is not plugged in. Please help kind regards Jim
