Can't help you with Melbourne but I bought mine from eBay for just $45 delivered to my door. It took only 1 week to get here.
Try here.

Bunnings used to have them but close to $100.

Try "Wixey" on ebay, $54 plus postage, from either the UK or the USA.
Bought mine on ebay, works just fine, to 0.1 degrees.

Cheers
Chris

If you still need one, I got my one from Bunnings recently. About $40.

If you need a more sophisticated model (aka more expensive) try a Surveyor Instrument supplier.

cheers

The Wixley ones are pretty handy and compact .... and have a magnetic base (so you attach them to stuff).

Last time I was Bunnings the "experts" there told me that they had no inclinometers. (I'm betting they didn't even know what an inclinometer was , as they presented me with a laserlevel and a laser rangefinder  when I thought I'd lost mine when I had my spring clean.

Bought another .... now I've two of them. The lost one turned up , it was stuck on rollerdoor track up high above eye level all the time.
