Telescope & Mount Manuals

Hi, I’m after any manuals (any era) for telescopes or mounts preferably in PDF format, however I’m also able to receive actual documents or documents in other formats. I’m helping to collect the Manuals for the Manual Museum, which is a free site that collects, stores and gives away free copies of these manuals, especially the older hard to get ones. You can see what they are all about here: http://manualmuseum.com/ I reckon it’s a very worthwhile cause, so please don’t throw out your old manuals, give them to me and I’ll forward them to the Manual Museum or you can send them there directly yourself. Cheers

Thank you for the contribution

To the IIS member that made a contribution of some very nice manuals, thank you very much, they have been catalogued and stored with the rest of the collection and are now available for the public to request, should they have a need.

Manual Museum Update

Hi fellow astronomers, just letting you know that the Manual Museum has been growing very nicely, thanks to many contributions from people like you as well as many others.

The website has a new multi-uploaded which handles files of any size very quickly, plus we have expanded our range to now also include blueprints via an affiliate partner of ours.

We now have a combined listing in excess of 2 million different items, if you combine our own in-house collection and that of our partners. The good news is, it's all free and always will be. Once again, thanks heaps to the IIS members (you know who you are) who made both digital and physical contributions.

If you have any manuals of any kind, any age or blueprints that you wish to add to our collection, so that we can make it available to the general public, for free forever, then please contact info@manualmuseum.com or send me a PM.
