M42 original the Neat Image processed

Hi,

After reading the thread on noise reduction I thought I would have a go on M42. I have used this program once before on the Sombrero galaxy but found that while it smoothed out the noise it also blurred the image. This is the same with my M42. I think the noise reduced looks great however does any one have advice on somehow sharpening the blurryness????
