New Mount Arrived

Well my new mount for me anyway, from Madtuna (Steve) arrived today.
After a quick setup everything works and goes together nicely.
This will be my portable setup to take to dark sites when weather allows.
l'm not sure what scopes it will carry yet but will ponder that over the next few weeks. lt is in great condition, thanks Steve, and came with a new Argo Navis.

enjoy - i am yet to really use my G11, but when i get the obeservatory built it will b gettng a flogging (weatehr permitting).

LOL! Yep - that's OK Mick. Onya Steve I couldn't give you any pointers on the Argo setup, though - as it was already aligned and running whenever I was on it. Using it was a dream I remember.

I had the good fortune to do time on it whilst it was installed at Zane's Magellan Observatory, next to his EM200. It had, by memory, a C9.25 on it and was also used for general camera work.

I might have a C8 with very good optics that is a great fit if you're interested..... it even has a D-Series Losmandy dovetail on it ready to go.
