Moon 5/10/08

l had set up for some dso pics but the clouds are coming so a quick moon shot.
Meade LX200 @ F/6.3
Canon 400D 1/60th sec @ iso100
added a grey scale version as well.

Looks like everyone did the same thing Mick, I'm not the slightest bit interested in Solar Imaging and I took a couple myself last night, as did some others from here I understand.

The greyscale brings out the features a little better IMO.
Nice shooting Mick, at least you got to image something, geez these clouds, how do they know?
