Meade 5000 Ultra Wide

has anyone tried these ep's in an f/10 system preferably LX200?
if so any feedback would be appreciated, they seem to get great reviews on Cloudy Nights but an opinion a bit closer to home would be appreciated.

Hi Mick, I have the 18mm version and I am very happy with it. I find the FOV combined with the magnification make it fantastic for just about all viewing.
I would like to get another one probably around 9mm for galaxy viewing.

Cheers

Hi Mick,
I have a 14mm and a 8.8mm, both give great views in my LX200, as well as a 34mm super wide which I love.
The Ultra's are sharp to around 80% as well as giving good colour and are well suited to the LX, I assume Meade would have designed these EP's around that scope, but they are not liked buy many people using faster scopes but i'm yet to use one in such a scope to give my opinion.
hope it helps.
