petra ..bunnings sell a four pack of rubber chair leg caps that fit a 1.25"
hole .. they are good in that they stick out a little and will stop a small knock on the focuser body ..I'd be happy to send you one ,but seem to have "misplaced" the others somewheres with the original cap
