I like my plasma cutter bought for stuff all at Aldi compared to CIG (sorry, BOC) and it works fine, not that I use it much with so much rain and no shed to use it in.
My primary welder is an arc inverter unit I bought on clearance at Aldi for $49. It's so light I can carry it around with my little finger.
