30 minutes of NGC253

Hey all,

First image in a while for me. First it was weather stopping me, then mechanical / guiding problems, then 4 weeks overseas. Now I'm back and the cloud god(s) still hate me.

Still having technical issues, so hoping for some clear nights to try and get to the bottom of them...

30 minutes of NGC253, the barred spiral galaxy in Sculptor for your critiquing pleasure.

Cheers,
V

* Gain: 100

A good result with the equipment you used, the location you shot it from and the short exposure time. For some reason your image has flipped which always makes it confusing to look at for me.

Hmmm. I wonder if that's due to having the 'flip image if required' setting enabled in Siril when i do the photometric colour calibration step.

I'll have a look at it if/when I have some free time over the weekend. Thanks for nudging me about it.

Cheers,
V.
