Hello all, I have for sale an astro modded Canon 40D now surplus to my needs. I purchased this from an IIS user back in 2015 and has served me well, and picking up other cameras along the way and this one I kept the longest. I didn't mod it myself as I was informed that this was done by Baader. It still works with 40,409 actuations from Canon EOS Digital Info, one thing thou when I did purchase it here the screen sometimes flickers from display info on an off but live view works perfectly. The IIS user did not inform me of this but I used it anyway with a wireless remote shutter and works well. With EOS utility through a laptop using the camera controls from there it doesn't do that at all and works very well. Package will come with Baader Modded 40D, Original Canon Battery Charger with 2 aftermarket batteries and Original dummy battery with mains plug adapter, Mini USB cord and 4GB Sandisk Flash Card.Willing to part this this for $200 including post, instead of sitting on storage collecting dust. Great for someone starting out on astrophotography.
