C/2022 E3 ZTF & Mars

First attempt was to line up on it with 1000mm yeah nah...

Backed off to 450mm with the EON85/F5 + 2600mc (first time) and had the pair framed (kinda) and thought I was golden. Even at 5s 100g Mars was all blown out, albeit in an artistically interesting way (just like I intended - of course ) so I went for 30s and let 'er buck.

The processing has probably been the most painful yet so it's probably a good thing they come around only so often. I've included the artistic output from the stacking because it was so interesting

EQ6R + EON85 + 0.8x
ASI2600MC
120 x 30s 100g 50o -10C

I feel it's a bit tortured but I've run out of patience - it's HOT dammit

That is very well done! I like the star field behind mars and the comet, it shows great processing
Cheers
