Do CLS/LPR filters help against led lights?

Hi everyone,
I live in a populated area with lots of light pollution (specifically LED and sodium-vapor street lamps), and was wondering if a CLS or LPR filter would help against LED light pollution for viewing and astrophotography. If so is there one that is particularly good?

Regards, Knash

I thought the trouble with led lights is that they are broad spectrum. Not so easily removed with a filter as sodium lights
