New Gear 1st Light Fighting Dragons

Well finally got all my new setup out and shooting. 1st Light results. Only ended up with 50 minutes per SHO channel. First time processing proper narrowband as well, I feel that the dust should have more colour. I plan to get a lot more data on this over the next week and learn more processing to boot lol. 2600mm pro with Antlia 3nm SHO filters, Askar 107phq scope at 749mm, EQ6-R pro autoguided. Processed in Pixinsight and photoshop.

First light? Wow, looks more like you've done hundreds of images already.

A beautiful image you can be proud of.

Greg.

Astounding. That's just gorgeous.

If that was mine, I'd be considering an A0 print up on the wall...

Cheers,
V

1st light!. That's funny, we would all kill for that kind of 1st light .
That's a very good pic indeed, well done . You need to get this up at full res on Astrobin.

I've put a better res version up on Astrobin as a work in progres.. This isn't full res tho, didn't have a copy saved down of that yet.
