Pentax WPII binos - accessing prism tilt screws?

Does anyone have experience collimating or opening Pentax PCF WPII binoculars? I have a pair of 10x50s (see example photo) and horizontal collimation needs adjustment. How to access the screws is not obvious. Given they are sealed and nitrogen-filled, I don't want to start levering away at the armoured plastic covers which is what I do with less sophisticated binos .

All I can find online is this unclear guidance: "It is possible to fix these at home. 1.) Remove large lens 2.) remove little screw on the side of the big lens. 3.) Take off cover.4.) Remove plastic piece. 5.) On the side that does not adjust screw tiny screw in that is by the pivot point of the binoculars. 6) put back the way you took apart." Huh?

Vertical collimation is ok so they are usable, but are less than their best.

Thanks, Eric
