Yahoo users

Hi people , anyone out there using Yahoo as your mail server ?
I have had them for a good 15 years and all is well untill the last few months , I gave it the benifit of the dought having gone over to the dark side ,, W10 .

But no this little problem is , when I get home from work the first thing I check is IIS and then my e/mails all good there .

What I have noticed lately is this , Yahoo tells me I have say ? 50 unread messages and 12 spam .
Looking at them I would have said closer to 32 messages and 6 spam , as I check them out and delete the ones that are read on the front page there is not even 32 , to delete .
Its as if Yahoo;s numbering is all over the place , I have done the old fashoned pen to paper for the last week and their numbers dont add up .

This is not a big worry to me but it could cause problems with buisiness's ? .

Brian.

Hmm, my yahoo states 18 unread but there is only 16. Never noticed that the count could be wrong.

I use yahoo mail as my general email service.

My email inbox, outbox, deleted items, etc: numbers have never born any
resemblance to the actual number of messages in them.

What is annoying me with it is that they have decided to add a stupid "archive" function and they have put the button for that where the delete button was and there is no way of moving it.
