Fits Liberator 3 start up problems

Hi everyone,
On the weekend I downloaded Fits Liberator 3. However the problem is that when I click on the icon the program is not opening up. I have tried several ways of doing this but with no success. For those of you who have this program up and running could you please give me some advice on how to get it to start up?

I dont know if this helps, but when you click on it, it 1st shows a windows explorer window asking to open an image. Select an image , click open and then the app starts. Im assuming you downloaded the stand alone version, not the PS add on?.

When I first initially got to the dialogue box opened I kept looking for something related to Fits program.
You have got it up and running for me.
