Lens cleaning

hi,

I tried cleaning my ed80 from last night but I've noticed that theres a circular smudge left at behind the lens.
Any tip to deal with it?

I havent touch either side of the lens yet but I had it lightly blown by a hair dryer first. I totally forgot about the dew last night but i hadnt sealed it tight when i packed it away.

its at the back of the lens you say? can you easily unscrew the lens element form the scope body?
