Astrofest Corona Australis

I only managed 1hr and 10min of data on this one. I had troubles with the mount losing power and blah blah blah.
Imaged through my FS78 using the CDS1100D.

Nice. The smaller version doesn't do it justice from what I remember seeing on your laptop.

Paul, I also shot this target using the 90mm Tamron. Will post that later.
The power dramas was due to the socket in the mount being too loose. We taped it down but it still kept popping out.
I'm not sure what the solution is.

Lovely

Hi
Great shot

You may want to try a plug that is 90 degrees rAther than one that just goes straight. I find it much better on the eq6 as I am very clumsy in the dark and have lots of cables banging around. I've never had any slippage with that like the straight one.

Cheers
Karen
