A quick go at Centaurus A

Keen to make the most of a few hours under the stars I captured an hour or so of several objects. Centaurus A was one of them.

This is 9 x 5min subs, with darks & bias added with a 1000D DLSR on my ED80. I have cropped a bit as well.

Obviously a lot more subs, which I will get another night, are required for better results but I'm quite happy with what turned out.

Stacked in DSS and lightly processed in Gimp.

Comments welcome.
