Hear ye hear ye hear ye

Apparently the Bretti reserve is beckoning for a group of courageous, fun loving amatear astronomers to visit for the new moon in August 2014.

Well I am willing to take up the challenge are YOU!!'m

It will be cool, it will be dark and if the clouds stay away the sky will be amazing.

Bring your camping gear, bring you warmest clothes and lets have a celestial rave party.

Me? Well I will be getting up there about the 26th August, sitting on channel 11 uhf. Any other takers ??? Ps a big Bon fire will be a must

As long as it is in the the red end of the spectrum ... don't want to ruin our night vision.

I'm interested. I just have to see how work is going to pan out. Hopefully, the last of the planning for this year gets locked in, in the next week or so.

Wheel barrow handles

No, have a welded base that I sit it on, currently making a less bulky one out of 40x40mm box section, once it's set up that's where it stays.

The base at home is on wheels and I lead it around on a leach believe it or not
