Canon 550D Full Spectrum Modfied
Title says it all.
Camera is a Rebel T2i (it's from the US), but out here it is also known as a Canon 550D.
The filters covering the sensor have been removed, and as such it is able to record the "full spectrum", very handy for astro imaging.
Additionally it can be used (I've tried it) for I/R daytime/terrestrial imaging, add a lens and I/R filter, use Live View to frame and focus.
Or use it for daylight/terrestrial "conventional" colour pictures.
I used it briefly on the FSQ, but solar is taking all my time and interest.
