Graham - I wouldn't waste your time on vaporware - according to a friend who has had a conversation with a genuine GSO dealership , it just doesn't exist.

Graham, the MX can carry a full loaded 14" scope, SCT, RC, CDK, dob etc. Check the specs. 16 may be pushing it...

too true -hence the question about the weight- nobody seems to know. The 12" ali one is approx. 23kgs I think so would be pushing it with fs60 mand second camera on it.

JIm Sheng has apparently offered to do a small run of optics but not a tube assembly - so I guess the first person to take up the offer - design a scope and fund its production will know ...
