Heated Throw blanket

My 12v heated "doggie blanket" finally gave up the ghost....
I found on eBay 240v "Heated Throw blankets" 120w, 1.6 x 1.2m -these have an automatic ten hr cut-off.
Ideal for throwing over the scope/ mount in the observatory to reduce dew and moisture.
Recommended....

I settled on a double bed electric blanket running at half power... about 61W or 1.4kwh/day which worked out at about 50 cents per day to keep it all nice and warm.
Cheers

I wish!
No. I use it before and after just to keep the scope and mount relatively dry......
