Just sharing an ad I saw on Gumtree for a dome based in Albany (WA):

The dome itself appears to cost around $11,000 USD + shipping new from Astro Haven, so the listed $2,500 seems like a good price.

Unfortunately, this dome is manually operated. The motor kit from Astro Haven is $5,000 USD + shipping

Ah, if it's in Lower King then it's in Albany, about 400km south of Perth...but it looks very nice. Sadly I have no where to put it at the moment.
