Selling all my gear to make way for a widefield setup. This is my LX200 ACF 8 inch bought new from Bintel and serviced by them.
It includes the following high quality aftermarket kit that makes it imaging ready:
- Moonlight Focuser with high resolution stepper motor (you can either control via computer or with the included hand controller - this was a $650 add on). Eliminates mirror flop completely - a beautiful focuser
- Starlight Feathertouch focuser - replaced the stock Meade. Very nice unit - $295 new
- Meade Ultra wedge - this is $900 new
- Losmandy plates, rings (to suit 80mm scope) and counterweights - this was $450 and is an excellent and very robust setup for guiding)
- Lepus Optec FR (the only FR for ACF scopes) to make it F6.2.
- Bintel right angle finder scope to replace the stock Meade one

www.dancalleja.com. Subs at 5-10 mins with round stars. Peak to peak PE is 4.7 arc sec with PEC on.
To do this new would cost over $5800.
I am asking $3500 for this imaging setup
I will throw in the Astrozap cover that doubles as a Bahtinov mask for focusing. I have the original packaging for the scope and the aluminium case of Meade eyepieces. Plus a Televue barlow and power supply
