Vixen LVW 22mm on Binoviewers == :)

My latest toy a pair of 22mm Vixen LVW (65 degree) (second lens from Steve at myAstroshop.com - great buy at $340) on my Andrews Binoviewers - on a (home made) pier mounted 5" MAK on a motorised EQ3-2 mount.

God they are fun - looking at Jupiter on a poor viewing night tonight I just can't keep from smiling - they are really useable, good and fun. Will write a proper review once the viewing conditions improve and I can put them through their paces!

PS

Even with viewing conditions at best 4 tonight the great spot of Jupiter was the very clearest I have ever seen and simply easy to discern, which blew me away. I was wondering if these lens of this small scope would be a folly (until I get a larger scope and better mount). But no, these things work and are way cool (in technical terms)!
