Corona Australis

Greetings all, took this last night with 60da and TSA 120. 5 min subs x 100 minutes. Also took another Trifid which I am happier with, and a moonwashed M83. Damn big files so here's a link, as they look just daft when you try and shrink them.

Cheers
Graham
NB EXIF on camera was about 15'c, ambient went from 3'c to 1.1'c whilst I was out there on my deck. Had frost on my chair when I finished up!
Was quite refreshing!

Nice, but some look a little noisy considering the temperature, did you take darks?

did have darks and flats, I reckon it was the moon as it was across the sky.
Also stretched it a bit to highlight dark nebula.

Actually, the Corona Australis is quite detailed.

I love that little twist of light within the neb.
If you do a repro, keep an eye on that glob, he's rather burnt out in the core. Ideally you should still be able to resolve it.

(60Da) I like it alot Midnight, the other reason this might be a tad grainy is that this was shot at 1600 iso as I wanted to max my light gathering between clouds and moon.
All good tips -will have another look at this later on
Cheers folks

Corona Australis reprocessed

I redid this to not burn the glob out and leave subtle detail in the variable triangular nebula.
Thanks for all the tips ( I'm lookin' at you JJJ!)
