Saturn 08:40UT 3rd June

Saturn this evening in good seeing. Canon EOS 550D in 640x480 video crop mode with a 5x Powermate and Sky-Watcher 12" Goto Dobsonian.

Tom, this image is another fine example of how a DSLR can be used as a viable alternative to specialized planetary webcams; I especially like the blue color differentiation in the NTrZ. There is no one I know of who does better Saturn imaging with a DSLR than yourself.

Thats a very good result Tom, noticed stars were not as twinkly for once, storm still clearly shown.
