A Simple Question Re Easybcd

hi all
as the title says

just wondering about this

i want to remove the 1 and last entry, however easy bcd says windows 7 wont boot ? is this true or not ?

i am eventually going to format the windows xp hdd and have a free 640 gb hdd

sorry i should have added this

winxp is on a separate hdd and so is windows 7

John, it is true because boot loader for win 7 is on that partition I assume "C" drive you want to format.

BTW

You can repair your MBR and boot for win 7 if you have win 7 DVD installation disc :

Hi John

Are you going to remove XP and keep Win7 is that right if your Win7 becomes unbootable you will need to run your Win7 installation disc and run startup repair for Win7 this link should help you out if you run into trouble.
