encoder height

Hello can anyone advice as to the height in mm of the servo-cat Jr's encoders or the center pivot point. I am checking to make sure I have the height needed to clear the cooling fan on my 12" dob. Thanks all

You can find a mechanical drawing of an encoder on our web site here -

The encoders used in the ServoCAT are identical.

The 1/4" diameter shaft is 1/2" long and when the shaft is fully recessed into a coupling,
the top of the body is then 0.76" above the top of the coupling.
