Lunar Landscape pastel- June 2 2009 Re-photographed
I asked a photographer friend to re-photograph all of my pastel art- The images are being processed eventually now.
This one was a particular test as it was already framed and behind glass, so we took measures to avoid reflections; very difficult.
A close-up detail of several areas, Sinus Iridum and centtral surface mare follow in the second image. The original work is on a 22" X 30" black Stonehenge 100% cotton fiber cold pressed pastel paper. -Mark
