Todays posts button when logged in

Frequently I browse the new posts during spare moments, and often when I go again to find posts I have not had time to read they are gone from the new posts list (others have complained of the same problem). Can we please have a button (or pulldown on the new posts) on the toolbar for todays posts (as the guests have) for those times when it is necessary to review the days postings.

hmm good idea Phil, i'll look into it.

fyi the reason the new posts are gone is because of the cookie timeout (15 minutes) of no activity.

When we upgrade to vb3.5 (in the next few months), it will have a proper "post read" indicator stored in the DB so if you haven't read it, it will stay marked as unread until you choose to read it or "mark all as read".

There is a link to "Today's posts" in the "Quick links" pulldown menu.
