Sky-watcher 8-24mm zoom

Does anyone have experience with the Sky-watcher 8-24mm zoom eyepiece? The price seems to be very appealing and I think not having to change EPs out might be nice to have.

Have zoom eyepieces come to the point where they are on par or close to the actual EP?

Any thoughts and opinions much appreciated.

I have University Optics Orthoscopic 8-24mm zoom for quite some time.
It is OK for planets, but FOV is narrow compared to, say, common Plossl's .. and it does not change much with magnification/FL, which means apparent FOV is significantly narrower at 24mm
