I have the Celestron 9X63. Great bino's you won't get too much magnification out of them,I can just make out 3 or 4 moons of Jup. and good on our moon. 63 gives great light grasp but they work best in dark sky's because of the large exit pupil. Great for panning around and about the largest you want without a mount. Hold them at the front end to keep your hands steady. I don't know about the Meade one's but I love my Celestron one, though they are dearer at about $500. The Meade one's are not water proof where the Celestron's are. Optically I can't comment on the Meade but mine are first class.
Matt.
