Newbie from SA

Hi I'm Helen and . I live in SA's Mid North and I've been lurking here for quite some time, joined in June and figured it was about time I started doing a little posting.

I've been interested in astronomy all my life, but have been really bitten since Astroman and Stargazer came up with some of their equipment for the Lunar Eclipse. Looking forward to further visits from the boys and learning lots, not only from them, but from other members here.

What sort of equipment do you have? Did you catch the solar eclipse in 2002? Not sure how far Ceduna is from you.

Well during the lunar eclipse Rob I got a chance to look and boy talk about dark!!!! beautiful skies, easily a 6.5mag sky if not lower.
